Stephen W. Holden graduated from the University of Kansas with a J.D. in 1975 and began his career with an emphasis on commercial real estate, specializing in long-term health care properties and affordable housing developments. Serving as Developer and Lender’s counsel, Holden has closed more than $2 billion in affordable housing projects in dozens of syndicated developments throughout the Midwest. Since 2010 Holden has applied his proven investment model and expertise in syndication of tax credit properties to the renewable energy field, resulting in the completion of numerous turbine wind and solar projects.
