Ryan Holden graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia with his bachelor’s degree in Political Science in 2000. Upon graduation, Ryan started working in the title insurance industry and founded American Title which expanded into the largest title company in Southeast Missouri.

Upon selling the title company in 2008, Holden turned his attention to real estate development. Holden has been involved in both residential and commercial real estate for the past 20 years in various capacities including owning, developing, and managing property. Ryan formed Holden Communities, LLC in 2012 to focus on tax credit funded low-income housing developments and currently owns 7 projects (350 units) with one project (36 units) currently under new construction.

Ryan acquired his Missouri state real estate license in 2013 and his life and health insurance license in 2021.
